Redaction Policy

Redaction Policy

This section describes GambleAware's redaction policy when publishing Minutes of Meetings.

Minutes and reports are redacted only where absolutely necessary to protect commercially sensitive information, contractually confidential information, personal information, information we intend to publish at an agreed future date and other matters only if Trustees believe it would harm GambleAware’s ability to meet its charitable goals if disclosed. This policy is based on the exemptions adopted by our partners at the ABSG and Gambling Commission.
