Staff working at gambling venues and online will continue to be points of contact for their customers who would like to know more about responsible gambling or seek support if they are concerned about their gambling, but in addition to this:
Gambling venues and websites promoted Responsible Gambling Week with posters, leaflets and banners in venues as well aspop upsonline and on social media to encourage conversations about how to gamble responsibly.
Information Points were available around the country throughout the week, supported by GamCare, giving more information on how to gamble responsibly, the tools that can help players stay safe and how to access further information, help and support if needed.
For those who couldn’t make it to an Information Point, online chatrooms were available here. A team of experts from across the gambling industry answered questions about responsible gambling, including how to access tools and information to help you.
